Malachite is a stone of healing and transformation and revelation of a whole new vision. It is soft and a beautiful deep green color with amazing patterns over its surface that all combine to represent all of the earth, the trees, the plants, the flowers, the roots of our being that give us life and all creative forces.  It is grounding and because of its dense nature it connects one to the deeper parts of ourselves, our bodies to enable healing and bring about change where it is necessary.  It works on our internal and external structures. It is excellent for improving ones vision on the higher realms as well as your eyes on this plane. It has long been used for ailments of the eyes. Due to its denseness it draws energy out, so that makes this a good healing stone, but it must be cleansed regularly for that matter. The patterns over Malachite can be meditated upon and all have a particular journey they will take you on. Working with this stone will bring about much change as the ever changing patterns, pictures, swirls that are found over its surface. There are doorways found within Malachite that will allow you to see with new vision.  It was one of the power stones in royal Egypt and was used for wise decision making and to ground so that clearer vision into the higher realms could be channeled. Malachite will always draw out what has impeding life progress on any level so must be used with respect, so be aware of the cleansing that will take place when using it.
