'Chakra' is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex. We have 7 master chakras or energy points running from our head to the base of our spine. Each chakra has a color associated with it. Each chakra is connected to a physical, emotional and spiritual energy. When balanced and aligned the energy flows freely and we are in our best physical, emotional and spiritual state. If these subtle energies become blocked through emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, anger etc they can manifest as physical problems.

Using crystals on these chakras allows us to cleanse, activate and align these subtle energies. Awareness is the key to finding where you are out of balance. Sometimes there is an obvious physical problem, though other times you must bring awareness to your body and mind to listen for signals that will tell you where the imbalance is.
